  • Liaison redesigned our home audio system of 30 years. The existing amplifier, network switch and access point were replaced. Crestron & Sonos control equipment and Liaison's integration software completed the project. Wi-fi coverage now blankets the home and patio, and mobile apps easily control it. Liaison's integration software has been flawless. The system is designed to interface with a future home addition that will include total home automation.   • Liaison came into our project when a different company failed miserably. They helped with design, implementation, and training in a very professional and high-quality way! We will be using them on our next place in 4 years so we just get the project done right from the beginning. Also, our project was not easy. We have cameras, security system, 8 home AV sources, 9 AV displays, all in 4K HDR, irrigation, locks, music, internet, doorbell integration, every light in and out of the house, 14 control devices, and 6 climate zones.

  • These guys were awesome! The techs were knowledgeable, courteous and neat. I needed an antenna installed in the attic and the wires run from the antenna to the TV on the first floor (I emancipated myself from cable and satellite). These guys were able to get the wires run, place the antenna in the attic and hooked up the TV. Now I get a bunch of local stations as well as my Internet stations. All in all, a painless installation and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! I highly recommend these folks!

  • Braden visited our home in Carbondale, CO yesterday to complete the connection of our Xfinity internet/wifi service to my computer in my basement office. Braden was extremely courteous and completed this work in a professional manner, and installed our Roku program. He also cleaned up a tangle of old cords in the corner of my office. In short, Braden is the best internet/AV service professional with whom I have ever dealt. It was a pleasure to have Braden visit our home to provide the necessary service which we required. He is welcome in our home any time we need additional service.

  • I appreciate you recommending a complete front end re-design with state of the art screens that would actually work much better for us. As you assured us it would, the new system does work really well for us. I was very reticent about a fully automated smart home, but you have really brought me around. Sure I still have some concerns about long term performance and obsolescence over time, but feel way better knowing you're with us anticipating things and evolving our Crestron application as necessary.

    I have to say it is nice to have a reliable contact to get in touch with when there are system or equipment issues. Whether it's something minor such as an audio interface matter where you recommend a simple system re-boot or an equipment issue where our HVAC system is acting up due to Crestron thermostat malfunction or an array of other possible matters, we really appreciate your commitment to us and your responsiveness. I can only thank you so much, but know that we are grateful and look forward to a long and fruitful continuing relationship.
