“We have been having continuous sound issues at Hospital Sisters of St Francis convent Chapel. Liaison Home Automation sent a technician (Jason) to troubleshoot our system. Jason was very knowledgeable about sound systems and spent time calibrating the microphones. Before Liaison’s expert assistance mass was filled with screeches and loud humming noises coming from our sound system. Now we can enjoy a peaceful mass without the constant and annoying sound system interruptions. Liaison’s customer service is the gold standard other sound system providers could not deliver. I appreciate you recommending a complete front end re-design with state of the art screens that would actually work much better for us. As you assured us it would, the new system does work really well for us. I was very reticent about a fully automated smart home, but you have really brought me around. Sure I still have some concerns about long term performance and obsolescence over time, but feel way better knowing you’re with us anticipating things and evolving our Crestron application as necessary. I have to say it is nice to have a reliable contact to get in touch with when there are system or equipment issues. Whether it’s something minor such as an audio interface matter where you recommend a simple system re-boot or an equipment issue where our HVAC system is acting up due to Crestron thermostat malfunction or an array of other possible matters, we really appreciate your commitment to us and your responsiveness. I can only thank you so much, but know that we are grateful and look forward to a long and fruitful continuing relationship.

These guys were awesome! The techs were knowledgeable, courteous and neat. I needed an antenna installed in the attic and the wires run from the antenna to the TV on the first floor (I emancipated myself from cable and satellite). These guys were able to get the wires run, place the antenna in the attic and hooked up the TV. Now I get a bunch of local stations as well as my Internet stations. All in all, a painless installation and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I highly recommend these folks!

My experience with Liaison Home Automation was very good. The technician arrived when expected and was very polite and conscientious. He got right to work and had my issue resolved in a very timely manner. Will definitely hire them again.

We recently remodeled the lower level of our home. We hired Liaison Home Automation to do wiring and installation for several TVs and electronic projects. Steve Weber and his crew, Jamie and Ryan, were especially helpful in planning everything and explaining how to operate various types of technical equipment which we purchased from Liaison. Ryan has spent hours tutoring us with operating instructions, displaying a great attitude. My wife and I would highly recommend the purchase and installation of any type of home electronics.
